Paris HR Department develops and executes the HR strategy for both branches located in Paris. MUFG’s environment in Paris is very international and multicultural, with approximately 150 employees, located in the center of Paris. Join our dynamic HR team of 5!
Role and duration
In the context of a payroll migration project, we are looking for an HR Data Analyst, for a temporary contract of +6 months. He/She will mostly support our Payroll Manager, in order to secure the migration of data, write and reinforce processes and controls, bring support on various requests such as reports delivery coming from other departments, collaborate with our HR teams based in London and Amsterdam on this payroll migration project.
Responsibilities
- You contribute to the design and implementation of processes and quality controls for HRIS & payroll data
- You perform the control of data migration between the old and the new payroll platform
- Occasionally, you provide HR reports for other departments
- You collaborate in English with our HR colleagues based in London and in Amsterdam who contribute to the project.
- You contribute to any request for support on other HR activities
Profile / Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Reward, HRIS or payroll role in HR, within a global firm or in a consultancy firm.
- Experience in financial services is a plus.
- Qualifications: HR, Accounting, Information Systems, etc.
Functional / Technical Competencies
- Great competencies in terms of personal organization and rigour
- Excellent Excel skills
- Knowledge of Workday HRIS and ADP payroll and absence systems is a plus
- Fluent in English on top of French
