HR Data & Organization Performance Lead

Air Liquide France Industrie seeks a senior HR Data Analyst & Performance Manager to support organizational changes within the Cluster SWE. You will monitor headcount and PEX, govern hiring and salary assumptions, and ensure the Group job Catalogue is leveraged for scalable org structures.

You will also drive Organization Effectiveness mindset, provide HR data quality, and collaborate with HR COEs, clusters, and leaders to harmonize the operating model and drive performance improvements.
