HR Data Consultant - French Speaker H/F

Join an expertise center where data becomes a strategic lever for people. Within our Data & AI department, you will put your skills to work addressing the challenges of HR management.
Context
- Explosion in the volume of HR data generated, including unstructured data
- Need to leverage this volume of data to make it "speak"
- Need to formalize and optimize HR Data management processes
- Quality assurance of HR Data
Responsibilities
You will be able to work on‑site with one of our clients on an HR Data project, ranging from upstream studies to change management, including functional design, technical implementation, and deployment support. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of topics:
- HR Data governance and HR information flow architecture
- Implementation of HR Data products
- Management of HR and statutory reporting: social audit (bilan social), HR indicators, KPIs, etc.
- Management of the HR function: analysis and forward‑looking simulations regarding payroll, workforce, skills, etc.
Additional Activities
As part of the development of our offering, you will also participate in the activities of our "Data & AI" hub, organized around capitalization and conducting emergence and opportunity studies on themes related to the function (HR data governance, HR performance, Strategic Workforce planning, etc.). You will also contribute to our publications (blogs, press, etc.) and support the commercial activity of our firm.

Qualifications
- Master's degree (Master 2 / BAC+5 from an engineering school, business school, or university)
- Interest in Data, particularly applied to the HR function
- Fluent in French & English
- Initial experience with one or more Data tools (storage, transformation, exploitation) within an HR context, particularly PowerBI, Databricks, Collibra, etc.
- Experience managing HR Data campaigns (regulatory reporting or corporate group reporting)
- At least 2 years of experience in HR Data topics within a consulting firm or in‑house
- Rigorous, organized, and demonstrable excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
