About the Role

Air Liquide France Industrie seeks a HR Data Analyst & Performance Manager to support organizational changes and performance optimization within the Cluster SME. The role focuses on headcount and PEX governance, organizational design, data quality, and HR process efficiencies across a large, international, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, anticipate, and analyze headcount and PEX evolution across the Cluster SME.
  • Contribute to governance of headcount and PEX management, including hiring controls and salary increase assumptions.
  • Deploy and promote the Group job catalogue to streamline monitoring and development of organizational structures.
  • Cultivate an Organization Effectiveness mindset through training for HR and business leaders.
  • Design and simplify organizational structures to enhance business performance.
  • Ensure organizational fundamentals (span, layers) are properly deployed in all units.
  • Provide organizational design advice for major transformation projects and local initiatives.
  • Secure high‑quality HR data (including myHR data) for developing reliable organizational schemes.
  • Support specific reporting programs such as gender diversity and AI acceleration initiatives.
  • Continuously improve the HR function by leveraging AI tools, optimizing high‑volume administrative tasks, and streamlining payroll and HR processes.
  • Apply documented HR standards on core procedures to raise service quality consistency.
  • Collaborate with HR professionals across clusters, COEs, and other functions to implement required changes and align with the new HR Target Operating Model.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in economics or a similar field.
  • 8–10 years of relevant experience, ideally in a large, international, matrix organization or in HR.
  • Strong analytical thinking with a meticulous and organized approach.
  • Expertise in controlling, data manipulation, and visualization.
  • Strong influential leadership and strategic partnership skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusting relationships at all organization levels.
  • Solution‑oriented, result‑driven, and capable of working in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and openness to new practices.
  • Fluent in French and English; proficiency in Spanish or Italian is a plus.
