HR Business Partner - South Europe (M/F)

Location: Poissy, FR

Summary

As business partner and member of the management team, you will develop and manage the HR strategy for the Southern Europe region (France, Italy, Spain) of the Fibre Cement division. You support the transformation of the organization and the evolution of the business, guaranteeing compliance with the Group's policies and processes in talent development, performance management and engagement within your scope.

This position requires regular travel to our French headquarters in Poissy (78), factories in Rennes (35) and Albi (81) and Spanish offices and factory in Portillo (Valladolid).

What you’ll do

• Define, with regional management, the strategy and action plans for organizational performance and employee experience.
• Support leaders and managers in talent development and change management.
• Implement local HR strategies aligned with Group strategies: recruitment, performance, mobility, skills management, compensation & benefits, engagement and well‑being.
• Manage cross‑functional HR projects (leadership, diversity, performance, learning, etc.).
• Develop, monitor and analyse HR KPIs within your perimeter.
• Ensure legal compliance and adherence to internal processes.
• Promote a positive social climate, a good work environment and employee commitment.
• Co‑animate social dialogue and relations with employee representative bodies alongside the head of social relations France.

What you’ll bring

• Master 2 in HR or equivalent.
• Successful experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in an international, industrial and matrix environment.
• Strong project orientation, business mindset and autonomy.
• Impactful communication and ability to influence.
• Fluency in French and English; Spanish is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, listening and collaboration.
