We are looking for a senior HR Business Partner R&D EMEA to support our R&D leadership across the region. Based in Portes-lès-Valence, this role carries dual accountability: direct management of two site HRBPs at our French R&D stations (Angers and St Rémy de Provence), and strategic HR coordination across the EMEA R&D scope. You will work closely with HR teams in France, Spain, Turkey and Jordan, Global R&D HR colleagues in AMPA & Asia, and LVS (Limagrain Vegetables Seeds) Trait & Technology HRBPs.
Vos Missions
- Strategic HR Business Partnering
- Act as a trusted HR partner for R&D managers, team leads and senior leaders
- Provide coaching and constructive challenge on organizational design, team effectiveness, and leadership capability
- Translate R&D business priorities into clear HR actions that support growth, performance, and transformation
- Stay close to field and operational teams to build trust and support daily challenges
- People & Talent Development
- Lead key HR cycles: People Review, merit review, performance management
- Support recruitment and onboarding for R&D functions
- Drive talent mindset: succession planning, development, internal mobility
- Guide employees in their development pathways and internal mobility
- Employee Relations & Social Climate
- Maintain a positive social climate; handle Employee Relations matters with fairness and confidentiality
- Contribute to social dialogue at French R&D sites with employee representatives
- EMEA R&D HR Coordination & Team Leadership
- Directly manage two HR professionals (Angers & Saint‑Rémy‑de‑Provence)
- Coordinate HR activities across France, Spain and Turkey, ensuring local compliance
- Work with AMPA & Asia R&D HRBPs for global alignment
- HR Processes & Continuous Improvement
- Use HR data and systems to support decisions and proactively improve HR processes
- Contribute to digital HR transformation projects and tools
- Support engagement and culture initiatives (D&I, feedback culture, change management)
Experience & Qualifications
- Master's degree in HR, Labor Law, or a related field; HR certification is a plus
- 5+ years of HR generalist experience, ideally in R&D, scientific, or technical environments
- Proven experience managing or coordinating HR professionals
- Experience supporting international / multi‑country environments
- Strong knowledge of employment law in France
- Demonstrated ability to partner with senior stakeholders in complex and matrix organizations
