HR BUSINESS PARTNER (MOIRANS | FRANCE)

To support our continued growth across Europe, we are seeking an experienced and business-oriented HR Business Partner to serve as the dedicated HR lead for France and a key member of our EMEA HR team. In this visible and impactful role, you will partner closely with local business leaders and employees across France, providing strategic and operational HR support while ensuring compliance with French employment law.
As part of our collaborative EMEA HR team, you will work closely with HR colleagues based in Germany, Austria, and Israel. You will also regularly partner with global HR Centers of Excellence across North America and Asia, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management &Development, Total Rewards, and HRIS teams.

Your Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Partnership
- Serve as a keyadvisor referent and coach to managers on organizational effectiveness, leadership, talent, and employee-related matters.
- Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with business objectives and growth plans.
- Lead and support organizational transformation, strategic workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning initiatives to ensure the organization has the capabilities and talent required to meet current and future business objectives.
Country HR Leadership
- Act as the primary HR partner and point of contact for all managers and employees in France.
- Own and coordinate the full employee life cycle, partnering with managers and global HR teams to deliver excellent employee experience.
- Ensure local HR practices align with both business needs and the global HR strategy.
- Drive employee engagement and support a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
Employee Relations & Compliance
- Provide expert guidance on French labor law, employee relations, and HR compliance.
- Support performance management, employee relations cases, and workplace investigations.
- Partner with external advisors when required.
Regional & Global Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with HR colleagues across Germany, Austria, and Israel to share best practices and support regional business priorities.
- Partner with global COEs in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management & Development, Total Rewards, and HRIS.
- Support the implementation of regional and global HR programs and projects.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Labor Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Extensive experience (minimum 5 years) as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or in a comparable HR generalist role.
- Thorough knowledge of French labor law and the knowledge of the Metallurgy Collective Bargaining Agreement would be considered an asset.
- Experience working successfully within an international, matrixed organization.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional fluency in English and French is required; proficiency in any additional European language would be an asset.
- Experience in technology, manufacturing, industrial, or multinational environments is preferred.
