What You’ll Be Doing

• Act as a trusted partner to leaders to support decision-making and drive strong people outcomes
• Lead and support organizational changes to ensure clarity, structure, and transparency during transformation
• Translate business challenges into pragmatic HR solutions that align with strategic priorities
• Drive workforce planning and organizational adjustments in a responsible and sustainable way
• Coach leaders through complexity and uncertainty to strengthen resilience and team effectiveness

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as anHR Business Partner in an international environment , including supporting change or transformation initiatives
• Ability tooperatein ambiguity and balance structure with pragmatism in a fast-changing business
• Confidence and resilience tochallenge constructively and stay solution-oriented in demanding situations
• Strongcommunicationand stakeholder management skills with a clear, down-to-earth style
• Apositive, energetic mindset and genuine passion for people and organizations
