HR Business Partner (H/F)
As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with the Human Resources Department to support operational teams and drive the company’s HR strategy. You will manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, advise managers on a wide range of HR topics, and oversee key HR processes such as performance management, training, and career development. You will contribute to change and transformation initiatives, support certification audits, monitor HR KPIs, and help maintain a positive employee relations climate, with the opportunity to grow toward a broader HR leadership role.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Reporting to the Human Resources Department, you will act as a true partner to operational teams and actively contribute to the HR strategy:
- Help define recruitment needs, lead the recruitment process, organize the onboarding and integration of new hires, and propose a strategy for developing the employer brand.
- Support managers on all HR-related issues (recruitment, talent management, labor law, performance, organization, and disciplinary matters).
- Conduct negotiations and discussions with unions and the work council in her/his scope of responsibilities
- Oversee HR processes within your scope (performance reviews, development plans, career management) and ensure the reliability of the HR database.
- Prepare for and participate in certification audits.
- Develop and implement the training plan in alignment with the company’s strategy.
- Participate in change management and transformation projects.
- Monitor HR metrics and propose improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to labor-management dialogue and ensure a positive work environment.
- Implement HR policies consistent with the company’s strategy.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Advanced degree in Human Resources
- 3 to 7 years of successful experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role
- Excellent understanding of business challenges and strong ability to influence others
- Strong knowledge of labor law
