Team
As an HRBP , you will be the strategic partner for our GTM (Sales, Marketing, CS) teams in the EMEA and JAPAC regions. You will join a global HR team dedicated to creating a "one‑company" feel across Europe, the US, and APAC. Your mission is to align people strategy with our business ambitions to ensure high performance and long‑term retention.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders (VPs and Directors) in EMEA and JAPAC, ensuring leadership behaviors align with our global cultural ambitions. Collaborate on organization design for rapid scaling and post‑merger integration. Drive the Culture Compass within your scope, ensuring values are lived and teams are moving in the right direction.
- Design and execute a "Stay Strategy" to reduce turnover and increase engagement. Manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. Use employee voice data to diagnose leaks and build concrete action plans.
- Lead performance cycles, talent density mapping, and succession planning. Coach managers on radical candor, feedback, and individual development plans. Implement DEIB programs to foster an inclusive workplace.
- Design high‑impact communication strategies to ensure transparency during organizational shifts. Act as a bridge between HQ and regional offices to ensure a consistent "One‑Team" mission.
Qualifications
- 3–4 years of HRBP experience in a fast‑paced SaaS or Tech environment.
- Proven experience partnering directly with executives and C‑level leaders in high‑growth, dynamic organizations.
- Business acumen with a deep understanding of GTM challenges (quotas, territories).
- Comfortable operating in a changing, post‑merger environment.
- Experience working with international teams (mainly EMEA focus) and the ability to adapt global policies to local cultural nuances.
- Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
- Product‑oriented mindset, curiosity about AI's impact on HR, and boldness to challenge the status quo.
