HR Business Partner – GTM Teams, EMEA/JAPAC
Overview
Act as a trusted advisor to leaders (VPs and Directors) in EMEA and JAPAC to ensure leadership behaviors align with our global cultural ambitions. Collaborate on Organization Design to support rapid scaling and post-merger integration. Drive the Culture Compass within your scope, ensuring values are lived and teams are moving in the right direction. Design and execute a "Stay Strategy" to reduce turnover and increase engagement. Manage the Employee Lifecycle from world-class onboarding to impactful offboarding. Use Employee Voice (engagement surveys) to diagnose "leaks" and build concrete action plans. Lead performance cycles, talent density mapping, and succession planning. Coach managers on radical candor, feedback, and individual development plans. Implement DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging) programs to foster an inclusive workplace. Design high-impact communication strategies to ensure transparency during organizational shifts. Act as a bridge between HQ and regional offices to ensure a consistent "One-Team" mission.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in HRBP roles within a fast-paced SaaS or Tech environment.
- Proven experience partnering directly with executives and C-level leaders in high-growth, dynamic organizations.
- Business Acumen: You understand the specific challenges of GTM (quotas, territories).
- Change Management: Comfortable operating in a changing, post-merger environment. You know how to "say what you mean and do what you say."
- Global Mindset: Experience working with international teams (mainly EMEA focus) and an ability to adapt global policies to local cultural nuances.
- Languages: Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
- Mindset: Product-oriented, curious about AI's impact on HR, and bold enough to challenge the status quo.
