HR Business Partner for Civil Infra Project – Kristiansand

FR_0107 EES - FERROVIAIRES is seeking an HR Business Partner to support project leadership and employees across the HR lifecycle for the E18/E39 infrastructure project in Kristiansand, Norway. The role involves managing training plans, performance reviews, and employee relations, ensuring compliance with local labour rules.

Ideal candidates will have 5–6 years of HR experience, preferably in the construction sector, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
