Position Overview
HR Business Partner – 6‑month fixed‑term contract (4 days/week) to cover maternity leave starting late June 2026 and ending December 2026. The role supports the Sales, Client Service, and Marketing & Communication teams and acts as a trusted partner for managers and employees across the scope.
Responsibilities
- Support managers on day‑to‑day people topics and organisational challenges
- Advise on employee relations, performance management and development matters
- Partner with leaders to support team engagement and organisational effectiveness
- Support recruitment activities in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team
- Contribute to onboarding and employee integration
- Support performance review cycles and follow‑up actions
- Ensure smooth HR processes across the employee lifecycle
- Contribute to transversal HR initiatives and people projects
- Work closely with the broader People Team to ensure consistency of practices and employee experience
Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of experience as an HRBP or HR Generalist in an international and fast‑paced environment
- Previous experience in a scale‑up, SaaS, hospitality, digital or similar ecosystem
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to balance operational execution with business partnering
- Comfortable working with managers and navigating evolving environments
- Fluent English is required for our international environment
