HR Business Partner (Fixed-term contract 6 months) - M/F/NB

Position

HR Business Partner – 6 month fixed‑term contract (4 days/week). The position starts late June 2026 and will end December 2026, covering a maternity leave.

Responsibilities

• Support managers on day‑to‑day people topics and organisational challenges.
• Advise on employee relations, performance management and development matters.
• Partner with leaders to support team engagement and organisational effectiveness.
• Support recruitment activities in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team.
• Contribute to onboarding and employee integration.
• Support performance review cycles and follow‑up actions.
• Ensure smooth HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Contribute to transversal HR initiatives and people projects.
• Work closely with the broader People Team to ensure consistency of practices and employee experience.

What You’ll Bring

• 5 to 7 years of experience as an HRBP or HR Generalist in an international and fast‑paced environment.
• Previous experience in a scale‑up, SaaS, hospitality, digital or similar ecosystem.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to balance operational execution with business partnering.
• Comfortable working with managers and navigating evolving environments.
• Fluent English.
