We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Human Resources Business Partner to join our team and begin a rewarding career with Tructyre. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting our operational network and Head Office teams with all people-related matters. Reporting to the HR Director, you will help drive consistency, engagement, and the delivery of our People Strategy, while supporting key areas including employee relations, learning and development, reward, and internal communications.

Key Responsibilities as a Human Resources Business Partner:

  • Partner with business leaders to deliver the People agenda and support business objectives.
  • Lead people and performance reviews to drive employee development, engagement, and performance improvement.
  • Manage complex employee relations cases in line with company policy, employment law, and HR best practice.
  • Coach and support managers in employee relations, people management, and leadership capability.
  • Mentor and support the wider HR team, including HR Advisors, Recruitment Advisors, and HR & Payroll Administrators.
  • Lead HR projects and initiatives aligned to business strategy and organisational goals.
  • Provide commercially focused HR advice, reporting, and data analysis to support business decision-making.
  • Design and deliver HR training while supporting learning and development across the business.
  • Maintain and improve HR and Payroll systems, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and efficient processes.
  • Support salary reviews, bonus schemes, pensions, and employee benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, HR policies, and statutory reporting requirements, including Gender Pay Gap reporting.
  • Support internal communications and employee engagement through company platforms, campaigns, and business updates.

Requirements for a Human Resources Business Partner:

  • GCSE English and Maths (Grade C or above) or equivalent.
  • CIPD qualified or working towards CIPD qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, particularly discipline and grievance procedures.
  • Experience working within an HR team in a generalist or advisory capacity.
  • Experience using HR systems, ideally including Workday.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel – intermediate level).
  • Experience designing clear, fair, and compliant HR policies.
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and providing trusted HR advice.
  • Good understanding of reward, benefits and HR/internal communications platforms.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
  • Understanding of reward and benefits frameworks and market best practice.
  • Experience using HR systems and supporting data accuracy and reporting.
