Your mission, roles and responsibilities
The Interiors Regional Business Unit HR Team (France, UK, Germany) is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner apprentice for its Region based in Méru (50 minutes from Paris gare du Nord, 30 minutes from Cergy).
The Regional HR team supports the Operations, Engineering, Programs & Support Functions of the Region and drives actions to build a High Performing Organization through Employee Engagement, Talent Development, Staffing, Employee Relations, Organizational Development, Diversity and Inclusion.
Within this team you will work in a multi‑country operational context, surrounded by dedicated people with innovative and entrepreneurial mindsets, collaborating to develop FORVIA’s most valuable asset – its people.
You will work with the Regional Human Resources Director, be involved in exciting projects and gain insights into the human resources management function of a dynamic company.
Main responsibilities
- Support the Regional HR roadmap (Strategic Workforce Planning, Employee Empowerment, Talent Management, Employee Relations…).
- Ensure regular communication on initiatives and projects concerning Engagement, Regional achievements, Recognition Programs and well‑being by promoting a culture of collaboration.
- Support in HR metrics update and analysis for the Region France/UK/Germany and follow up of the associated action plan.
- In collaboration with the Talent Development team, monitor the staffing dashboard, recruitment data and KPIs of the Region and follow up.
- Support Annual STAR (performance evaluation) and Objectives Setting process.
- Support the HR Business Partner in daily activities.
- Other challenging missions may arise during your apprenticeship as we operate in a fast‑paced environment.
Support for the France labour relations team
- Support preparation of meetings of the central works council.
- Support preparation of negotiation meetings with unions in France.
- Contribute to case studies on legal matters to support site HR managers.
The apprenticeship will start in September 2026 and will last 12 months.
Your profile and competencies to succeed
Technical skills / Education
- Completing a Master 2 degree in HR and previous experience as an HR apprentice / trainee.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) and French.
- Ability to create impactful visual communication using tools such as Canva and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable with Excel.
