The headquarters of the AXA Group (GIE AXA) brings together our corporate activities. It provides guidance and support to subsidiaries around the world, to ensure the coordination and monitoring of the Group's global strategy, the application of its standards, the consistency of commercial approaches and the sharing of best practices. Within the Group, you will join the Group Talent & Learning Department.

Within the Group Talent & Learning Department, you will work as part of the HR GIE team which main missions are:

  • Propose and deliver the HR strategy for the GIE AXA, supporting managers to drive their teams through effective HRB Partnering and talent acquisitio
  • Develop the social strategy to support business transformation and organizational change while maintaining a qualitative social dialogu
  • Roll out and adapt the Group HR policies related to compensation policy; manage promotion process
  • Support the GIE AXA's cultural transformatio
  • Ensure compliance with local legislation and AXA standards

As HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will be responsible for driving the people agenda for your respective perimeter Group Risk Management (GRM) & Group Internal Audit. You will also be implementing effective HR initiatives serving the functional priorities and success as well as employee engagement.

Working in close partnership with management teams, you will provide hands-on and strategic inputs and advice on people-related topics such as: talent and performance management, employee relations, people development and training, retention, compensation and benefits, career development.

Your job and daily missions:
HR Business Partnering


• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and their teams and develop an understanding of your perimeter in order to provide a pragmatic and sound HR Business Partnership


• Coach managers, supporting them to develop their leadership capabilities and effectively manage their talent and team performance


• Support the leadership teams on their roadmap through the delivery of transformation and change activities


• In close partnership with the Centers of Expertise (CoEs), manage the roll out of the annual HR activities (Pulse, Comp review, promotion process..) and leverage on their expertise to deploy tailormade initiatives meeting business priorities.


• Use business acumen, external insights and data to analyse and investigate business / people issues and trends to support business performance

Performance management


• Coordinate the annual compensation review, providing support and challenge to managers, using benchmarks and comp surveys
• Identify trends arising across your business area and feedback to the C&B team as appropriate.
Talent acquisition


• Partner with the Talent acquisition team to manage the recruitment process for both internal and external hires, ensuring high quality and cost-effective resourcing solutions.


• Work closely with the International Mobility team on the international recruitments/transfers

HR Operations


• Collect and provide the employee data to the HR Operations teams to manage properly the steps of an employee life cycle (hiring, change of status, departure..) and control the quality of all the HR data

Talent Management and People development


• Support managers to deliver talent management initiatives, ensuring succession planning is robust and development plans are in place for key successors and talent.


• Identify training needs, build an annual training plan in collaboration with the L&D team and follow up on the implementation of effective initiatives

Culture and Engagement


• Act as an advocate for employees, putting in place action plans or initiatives to champion a culture where people feel engaged and inspired.
• Support the deployment of the Cultural transformation plan of the GIE AXA

Employee relations


• Ensure effective HR policies and guidance are in place for managers and employees
• In collaboration with the Legal Department, investigate complaints and concerns, evaluating and offering possible courses of action and provide advice for resolution

Other related HR activities


• Support the deployment and/or promote any transversal HR projects and initiatives such as the GIE onboarding process, the Group Health campaign, etc..

YOUR PROFILE

Technical and professional skills


• 8+ years' in HR or equivalent experience, ideally with experience in business partnering positions or similar
• Good knowledge of HR policies, processes and practices (Talent Management, compensation review, performance management…)
• Capacity to partner effectively with varied and senior stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills; strong English and French writing and verbal skills
• Effective influencing skills and capacity to engage different audiences
• Experience in a multicultural, transversal, or corporate center environment, a plus
• Good level of skills in IT fundamentals; using share-points, ppt…
• Good knowledge of French Labor law
