What you'll do

• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and drive performance.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to management, providing insights on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
• Lead talent acquisition efforts, ensuring that the recruitment process is efficient and aligns with the company's culture and values.
• Facilitate training and development programs that enhance employee skills and support career growth within the organization.
• Analyze HR metrics and employee feedback to identify trends and recommend actionable improvements to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with the compensation and benefits team to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.
• Support change management initiatives by providing guidance and resources to help employees navigate transitions effectively.
• Foster a culture of diversity and inclusion by promoting initiatives that celebrate differences and encourage diverse perspectives.
• Conduct regular assessments of HR policies and practices to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Act as a mediator in conflict resolution, helping to address employee concerns and fostering a harmonious work environment.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels to promote open communication and trust.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to continually enhance the effectiveness of HR initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on business partnering or employee relations.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations in France.
• Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience in change management and organizational development initiatives.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in HR software and tools, with a strong understanding of HR metrics and reporting.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Experience in the food or e-commerce industry.
• Certification from a recognized HR body (e.g., SHRM, CIPD).
• Familiarity with employee engagement platforms and tools.
• Knowledge of French labor laws and regulations.
