Requirements
- We’re looking for someone with a first successful experience in HR and business partnership, and the curiosity, ambition, and pragmatism to drive meaningful change. You’re a great fit if you have:
- 3+ years of experience, including at least one experience as an HRBP or HR Consultant, in a startup, scale‑up, or top tech/gaming/consulting environment, with proven ability to manage autonomously
- Strong business acumen, able to connect HR initiatives to strategic and financial outcomes
- A pragmatic, solution‑oriented approach, balancing people and business needs effectively
- Analytical and innovation‑driven mindset: comfortable using data to support decision making, measure impact, and experiment with automation or new tools to improve efficiency
- Knowledge of French labor law, and experience supporting multi‑country international HR topics
- Proactive, structured, and curious: someone who takes ownership and drives things forward rather than waiting for direction
- Excellent communication and consulting skills, capable of building trust and influence across all levels of the organization
- Bonus: Experience in learning & development or talent development

What the job involves
- You’ll be joining the People Team, a passionate and collaborative group of 7 HR professionals, office managers, and talent acquisition partners.
- We work hand‑in‑hand across all business units to help Homa and its people grow stronger together.
- Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you’ll act as a true business partner to our Tech and Hit Game teams: two of the most strategic pillars of the company.
- As an HR Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our teams grow, perform, and thrive as Homa scales.
- You’ll partner closely with team directors and managers on all people‑related topics (from organization design to engagement and leadership) while driving projects that make the HR function more strategic, data‑driven, and impactful.
- Partner with managers to understand their team challenges and objectives, providing day‑to‑day guidance on org design, performance, and team dynamics, while actively coaching the manager community to strengthen their leadership skills.
- Support individual cases (performance, career development, reorganization, retention, conflict resolution, etc.) with empathy and structure, ensuring fairness and alignment with Homa’s culture and business strategy.
- Contribute to HR programs such as performance reviews, compensation cycles, and talent mapping. Ensuring high‑quality execution, valuable insights, and continuous improvement.
- Drive People projects across the teams (employee engagement, feedback culture, management development, DE&I, etc.) in collaboration with the wider HR function.
- Leverage data and innovation to elevate efficiency and decision‑making. Analyze people metrics to identify trends, anticipate risks, and propose automation or process improvements that make HR operations smarter, faster, and more scalable, turning insights into concrete actions that improve performance.
