We have an exciting role for you as HR Assistant (Alternant) , where you’ll be the superhero our colleagues need. Curious about what you’ll do? Let’s dive in:

• Complete onboarding and offboarding processes, including document collection, system updates, and coordination with IT and managers.
• Manage HR administrative tasks such as benefits, payroll inputs, DocuSign documents, and organizational chart updates.
• Ensure compliance with residency cards, occupational health visits, audits, and policy updates.
• Handle training requests and maintain accurate HR data and documentation.
• Support internal communications and contribute to well-being initiatives.

Your profile

Role

That sounded great, right? To feel happy and confident in this role, it would be wonderful if you bring the following background:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (ideally Master’s level).
• English and French at C1 level.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
• Solid command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Proactive, curious, and collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn.
