HR Apprentice: Build Culture, Programs & Impact

Mersen is seeking an HR professional to assist in deploying HR action plans and regional standards across sites in Île-de-France. You will support responses to operational staff HR requests while ensuring compliance with employment laws and site rules.

You will contribute to developing employee motivation, improving health and safety, internal communication, and reinforce the employer brand at the Gennevilliers site through targeted outreach and collaboration with schools and media.
