Job Title: HR AI Business Analyst
The HR AI Business Analyst accelerates the adoption of AI and automation across HR by improving data foundations, enabling workflow automation, and supporting AI‑driven employee and manager interactions. The role bridges HR process expertise and technical configuration, enabling HR to move faster without duplicating enterprise AI capabilities.
HR Process & Data Enablement
- Analyze HR processes and identify AI/automation opportunities, coordinating demand from regional and local teams.
- Define improvements on data quality and integrity and document data structure in core HR systems.
- Strengthen foundational data required to unlock AI value.
- Define HR data rules and maintain taxonomies.
AI & Automation Delivery
- Review HR‑related agents/automation released by vendors and coordinate testing and adoption when necessary.
- Configure and prototype HR AI use cases.
- Support Tier‑0/1 HR AI support solutions in close collaboration with SBS HR.
- Integrate HR workflows across systems.
- Evaluate build‑vs‑buy options.
- Act as interface between HR, AI/Architecture, and IT.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise AI governance.
- Contribute to AI adoption tracking.
- Share reusable components and best practices.
Knowledge & Experience
- 5–10 years in HR, business analysis, or digital transformation.
- Solid understanding of HR processes and data.
- Experience with low‑code/no‑code tools.
- Knowledge of workflow automation and conversational AI.
Mindset & Ways of Working
- Comfortable with ambiguity.
