HR Advisor

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly payroll cycle in collaboration with our external provider.
• Handle payroll variables: hires, terminations, absences and salary changes.
• Check and validate payroll results and respond to employee payroll queries.
• Support employees and managers in France and across the EMEA region with day-to-day HR questions.
• Manage employee lifecycle steps: onboarding, departures and contractual changes.
• Prepare HR documentation in French and English.
• Provide first-line advice on labor law and HR policies.
• Ensure compliance with French legislation and applicable collective bargaining agreements.
• Support the administration and follow-up of employee representative bodies (Works Council - CSE) when necessary.
• Ensure employee data in HiBob is up to date and reliable.
• Contribute to HR reporting (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, etc.).
• Contribute to HR initiatives and continuous process improvement projects across the EMEA region.

Requirements

• Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Generalist.
• Experience managing French payroll with an external provider.
• Good knowledge of French labor law.
• Fluent in French and professional working proficiency in English.
• Strong background in HR administration and employee lifecycle management.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience with HiBob.
• HR experience in a multi-country or EMEA context.
• Experience working with the Works Council (CSE).
