Requirements
- Job experience: 2.5+ years of experience in a similar People Operations or HR admin role (internship or apprenticeship included)
- Languages & level: Fluent in English and a professional level in Spanish
- Tools & processes: Familiar with MS-Office and hands‑on experience working with an HRIS (experience with BambooHR is a plus)
- Traits: Self‑organized with strong attention to detail, proactive, dynamic, and focused on finding solutions
What the job involves
- Based in Paris, you will join the Global People Operations team to support our key European markets, specifically France and Spain
- The core mission of this role is to ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding and offboarding experience for new hires while contributing to HR administration, employee support, and reliable payroll coordination
- Provide a best‑in‑class HR service for managers and employees across France and Spain, and manage HR processes and documentation throughout the employee life cycle
- Answer and coordinate incoming HR‑questions and tickets within a 48‑hour resolution time, providing advice on people policies and procedures
- Draft employment contracts, certificates, and other HR documentation for the assigned regions
- Maintain employment records and ensure data accuracy in our HRIS (BambooHR) through regular audits
- Prepare and coordinate payroll with external providers and the Finance team, acting as the primary point of contact for health insurances, benefit providers, and employment agencies
- Provide reports and participate in international and cross‑team projects with Global People Operations colleagues
