HR Admin & Payroll (6-months CDD)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide best‑in‑class HR service for managers and employees across France and Spain, and manage HR processes and documentation throughout the employee life cycle.
- Answer and coordinate incoming HR‑questions and tickets within a 48‑hour resolution time, providing advice on people policies and procedures.
- Draft employment contracts, certificates and other HR documentation for the assigned regions.
- Maintain employment records and ensure data accuracy in our HRIS (BambooHR) through regular audits.
- Prepare and coordinate payroll with external providers and the Finance team, acting as the primary point of contact for health insurances, benefit providers and employment agencies.
- Provide reports and participate in international and cross‑team projects with Global People Operations colleagues.
About You
- Minimum 2.5 years of experience in a similar People Operations or HR administration role (internship or apprenticeship included).
- Fluent in English and professional level in Spanish.
- Familiar with MS‑Office and hands‑on experience working with an HRIS; experience with BambooHR is a plus.
- Self‑organized with strong attention to detail, proactive, dynamic and focused on finding solutions.
