We are looking for a HR & Administrative Assistant to support our French office with day-to-day HR and administrative tasks.
This is a hands‑on and structured role, focused on recurring activities, coordination, and follow‑up. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations by supporting employees and liaising with external partners (payroll, accounting, etc.).
You will work closely with the Business Controller and the local management team in a small and dynamic office environment. This role is essential to maintaining efficient and well‑organized operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth and compliant HR administration, keeping documentation accurate and up to date;
- Manage the HR inbox and act as a first point of contact for employee queries;
- Support payroll processes and maintain high-quality employee records;
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for new and leaving employees;
- Follow up on absence management and related HR administrative tasks;
- Provide day-to-day support to employees on HR topics (leave, payroll, documents);
- Manage administrative processes, including document filing, invoices and correspondence;
- Support document control and ensure proper tracking of signatures and official documents;
- Contribute to office operations, internal initiatives and occasional communication activities.
Job Requirements
- 2 to 5 years’ experience in administration, HR support, or office assistance.
- Comfortable with structured, repetitive tasks and follow‑up.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable, proactive, and service‑oriented mindset.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in a small team.
- Proficient in standard office tools (Excel, Word, email, etc.).
- Fluent in English-speaking environment (written and spoken).
- Experience in a maritime, offshore or project‑based environment is an advantage.
