HPC Electrical Construction Manager - M/F / Responsable Montage Construction Electrique - H/F

• Creation of a detailed execution plan and sub schedule to ensure all works within the discipline are completed in accordance with the overall schedule;
• Liaise with Engineering and Procurement to ensure availability of deliverable and goods at site required for site erection of the discipline work;
• Management of the subcontractors appointed to install the works within the discipline to ensure that the works are completed on time and within budget and quality;
• Defining the target to the team
• Implementation within the discipline scope of works of Arabelle Solutions EHS policy / site specific EHS plan and for providing subordinates with information about hazards, risks and elimination measures applicable to the site;
• Involvement in investigation and remedial action within the scope of the discipline works of all variance and deviations in coordination with the Site Contracts Manager and other site management to eliminate or minimize the cost impact to Arabelle Solutions
• Ensuring and maintaining the electrical quality scope
• Involvement in the coordination with others outside the scope of the discipline works and transition to commissioning
• Action to ensure all punch list open items are cleared and to support the commissioning team;
• Closely monitor all activities which could have deleterious effects on the environment;
• Develop concise and exhaustive reporting to predict deviation
• Action to ensure all subcontractors erection resources maintain all work areas in safe and clean condition and all installed materials are adequately preserved and protected;

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction, industrial, or infrastructure project management.
• Experience in the nuclear industry or experience on a power plant site would be a plus
• Strong understanding of contract management (EPC, subcontracting, variations).
• Proficiency in reporting tools and document management.
• Familiarity with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) and quality aspects on industrial sites.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional, multi-cultural and international environment
• Rigor and ability to prioritize and adapt to time-constrained environments. Proficiency in planning management.

Dans le cadre de nos activités de construction neuves sur les sites nucléaires civils au Royaume-Uni, tranche de 1800MW, nous recherchons un Responsable Montage Construction Electrique pour piloter nos activités sur le chantier du projet Hinkley Point C.

En tant Responsable Montage Construction Electrique, vous serez le pilote de la réalisation des travaux du lot electric.

En etroite collaboration avec le Project Manager electrique et le Contract Manager, vous assurerez une communication efficace entre les equipes chantier, la supervision, les differents fonctions du projet et les parties prenantes afin de resolver les points bloquants affectant la production.

Vous agirez comme adjoint du Project Manager electrique, responsable de l’execution global du perimeter et de la definition de la strategie.

Vous serez le garant du depploiement des politiques de l'entreprise Sequence et qualite en priorité

Rôles & Responsabilites

Management de la production et de la productivite :

Etre le garant de l’execution du planning, de la preparation des travaux et de la performance des equipes d’execution.

Desenvolper et optimiser les processus pour repondre aux defis du chantier.

Definir les objectifs de detail base sur les objectifs generaux du projet.

Etre le garant de la qualite d’execution et de la documentation associee

Support Contractuel & Administratif :

Suivre les obligations contractuelles en coordination avec le Project Manager et le Contract Manager.

Preparer, susten et suivre la correspondance contractuelle, les modifications, reclamations, non-conformites et notifications formelles.

Gerer la documentation projet en sustien aux equipes d’execution (procedures, plans, rapports, dossiers qualite).

Soutenir la preparer des audits internes et externes.

Coordination Projet & Interfaces :

Etre l’interface quotidienne entre les equipes chantier, les fonctions projet, les sous-traitants et les partenaires du projet.

Interagir avec le client sur demande concernant les interfaces, lalancement, le reporting et les points bloquants.

Preparer et participer aux réunions de coordination, revues de planning et discussions sur la performance du projet.
