Our client, residing in Annecy (Haute-Savoie), is seeking a versatile Household Manager/Governess to oversee the upkeep of the home and care for two children (aged 7 and 3.5) after school.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the upkeep of the home
• Managing the laundry (washing, ironing, storage)
• Grocery shopping
• Preparing the children's evening meal
• Collecting the children from school
• Establishing an after-school routine (snack, homework help, bath, dinner)
• Supervising the children during pool swimming
• Accompanying the children to extracurricular activities
• Preparing the children's belongings for trips
• Providing occasional childcare as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience working with a family with children
• Independent, caring and energetic individual
• Availability to travel with the family (an advantage)
• Guaranteed discretion towards the employer
• French and English spoken (a genuine asset)
• Driving licence required
• Confident swimmer

Work conditions

• Position: Household Manager
• Start Date : As soon as possible
• Contract: Permanent (CDI) – Full-time
• Working Hours: 35h/week, with the possibility of working every other Saturday afternoon

Between €2,700 and €3,000 gross/month (depending on profile)
