We've been waiting for you, since you have/are: 

• a true all-rounder with solid technical skills and craftsmanship. A completed apprenticeship in HVAC, plumbing or electrical work is a plus – but for us, your hands-on experience and versatile skills matter even more
• gained several years of professional experience in a similar role
• the ability to manage external service providers efficiently while staying on top of things
• skilled with your hands – whether it's painting, electrical or plumbing, you jump in everywhere, find solutions, think ahead and keep things running
• confident, positive and have a good sense of humor – because fun is simply part of the job with us
• flexible enough to occasionally cover a weekend or evening shift
• fluent in French; English skills are a plus to make teamwork and communication with international guests smooth
