Langley Hotel Tignes 2100 is a seasonal mountain hotel in one of the top ski resorts in the French Alps. Our guests come for skiing, outdoor adventures and relaxed evenings in our restaurant and bar. The hotel combines a casual, friendly vibe with high standards in service, Food & Beverage and comfort. The hotel operates during both winter and summer season.

Your role

We are looking for a dedicated Hotel Manager for Langley Hotel Tignes 2100. You are driven by quality, enjoy leading and inspiring people and thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. The role is very hands-on – you are part of the daily operations and visible to both guests and staff. You work towards clear goals in guest satisfaction, sales and cost control, and you make sure that Langley’s service concept is delivered throughout the hotel.

Main responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all seasonal hotel operations from pre-opening to closing, with a strong hands-on presence
• Ensure Langley’s service concept and high standards are delivered in all departments
• Drive and optimise restaurant and bar performance (service, routines, sales and HACCP)
• Take responsibility for hotel budget, P&L, cost control and accurate use of hotel systems
• Recruit, schedule, lead and develop a larger international seasonal team
• Actively manage guest feedback to maximise guest satisfaction
• Coordinate maintenance, safety routines, suppliers and ski pass administration
• Handle internal and external communication, including meetings, tour operators and social media

Who you are – Requirements

• Experience from managing a hotel of approximately 50–100 rooms
• Background from managing/working in a high-tempo restaurant and bar operation
• Strong leadership skills and experience from leading bigger international, multicultural teams
• Experience from seasonal start-ups or pre-openings is a strong plus
• Fluent in English; French is a big advantage
• Comfortable working in a multicultural environment
• Active lifestyle, lots of energy and a positive, can-do attitude
• Structured, financially aware and used to working towards budgets, KPIs and clear targets
