Internship / Apprenticeship Purpose
You’ll be exposed to all that hospitality offers in reference to Operations including hospitality management, food and beverage, guest experience and overall day to day operation. You will have regular check‑in moments with your designated internship/apprentissage manager to set goals and continue your learning through this hands‑on role. We will also accommodate any credit‑related learning as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist ambassadors with daily operations—welcoming and greeting guest, self check‑ins & check‑out, reservation verification, concierge inquiries, guest requests and demands, luggage storage.
- Change the way guests feel about hospitality, deliver the citizenM guest experience—connecting, friendly, genuine and real—curating a personalized experience.
- Work collaboratively with team members by delivering memorable experiences.
- Learn to work with system platforms and booking engines (online travel agencies) used to conduct daily operations and reservations.
- Exposure to F&B—barista, mixologist, serving and preparing meals, learning the requirements to clean and maintain a kitchen within department of health standards.
- Work as night ambassador for up to 1 month where you learn how to conduct our Night Audit procedure, close the bar and prepare breakfast with our night owls.

You Are
- Available for six or more months.
- A student enrolled at a university, BTS or CFA during the entire duration of the internship/apprenticeship.

Location and Hours
Typical shifts are: our hotel operates 24/7 with a rotating flexible schedule, including:
- Morning: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM.
- Evening: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM.
- Availability to work weekends is required.
This internship/apprenticeship will be based in Paris, France. We are hiring for our hotels in Roissy Charles de Gaulle, La Défense, Champs Elysées, Gare de Lyon, and Opera.
