Two routes to reach them, and the choice between the two is entirely yours.
Specification. These eight segments are served by the same architects, interior designers, design agencies and general contractors. A single specifier can open the door to a hotel, a restaurant and a villa. That is what makes a territory of this size manageable for one person.
Direct sales. Nothing stops you from calling on the operator directly: general management, technical management, executive housekeeper, purchasing department. Many renewal projects are decided there, with no architect in the loop.
What the House brings you.
- A quotation configurator. You price a complete project in an hour, on site, without waiting on head office.
- A national framework agreement with 41 architecture firms , several of them in your territory. You are not starting from a blank page.
- A direct line to head office. Your pricing approval requests are handled as a priority. Responsiveness is our first competitive advantage: we will not leave you waiting in front of your client.
- Access to our CRM and our ERP: pipeline, quotations, real-time tracking of your remuneration.
- Training in our products and our methods. Fabrics and fabric houses, site measuring, pricing with the configurator, running a project through to handover. You already know the people; we give you the technique.
- Sourcing, supplier negotiation and the financing of raw materials handled by head office. You sell without tying up a single euro of cash.
- Manufacturing, installation and after-sales service taken care of by the House and its network of installers. You develop, we make.
- A complete sales kit: fabric-house binders and sampling, business cards, presentation brochure, folder and stationery in the House's colours. You walk into an architect's office with the same tools as head office.
Remuneration, uncapped.
- Commission: 10% of collected revenue, plus quarterly bonuses. The base rate is yours, with no conditions attached. Specification or direct sales, the rate does not change.
- Bonuses reward the well-run sale. A well-sold project counts for more than a discounted one; opening a new account counts for more than raw volume.
- A single project runs to tens of thousands of euros. A hotel is refurbished in phases — the guest rooms, the public areas, the finishing touches. A senior residence, a spa, a restaurant or a yacht follows the same logic, and your commission is paid on every collection. One good deal alone represents several thousand euros in commission, before bonuses.
- You carry the deal from end to end: prospecting, pricing, signature, project follow-up through to handover. That is precisely what justifies this level of commission. You control your margin and your client relationship; no one else gets to damage them in your place.
- Your commission stays attached to the project, even if it is delivered months later.
Your territory target and a personalised earnings simulation are presented as early as the interview.
The terms.
- Self-employed commercial agent status (Articles L134-1 et seq. of the French Commercial Code). You operate in your own name or through your own company.
- Multi-line agents welcome. You remain free to represent other, non-competing brands.
- A revenue target is set for your territory. It is annexed to your contract. It is reviewed with you every year, as the territory takes shape.
- How you reach it is entirely up to you. Specification, direct sales or both, your hours, your method, your routes, your prospecting priorities. The commitment is to the result, never to the path.
- Every quarter, we take stock together: you say what you are aiming for over the next three months, and the House says what it will deliver in return.
The profile we are looking for.
- An established network among the architects, interior designers, design agencies, hoteliers or FF&E managers in your territory. This is the first criterion, and we do check it.
- Familiarity with long sales cycles, in specification as in direct sales.
- The confidence to price a project and run a site in front of an architect.
- Complete autonomy in running your own business.
- The ability to address a heritage hotel as comfortably as a convention centre or a senior residence.
Your territory.
From Lille to Burgundy, by way of Champagne and Alsace. Business and heritage hotels, convention centres, wine and reception estates, high-end senior residences. A territory to build: little established competition in our craft, all the potential ahead of you. For a profile who would rather leave their mark than manage what already exists.
The process.
Application · 30-minute phone conversation · In-depth interview with scenario exercises · Reference checks
