HOKA District Manager
We are looking for a candidate based in Germany or France to provide inspirational leadership to HOKA Store Managers across your region, driving operational excellence, compliance, and store profitability while delivering a great brand experience.
Responsibilities
- Act as an inspirational line manager to HOKA Store Managers, ensuring all teams are aligned with a clear brand vision and measurable business objectives.
- Communicate regularly with your stores on a weekly basis via visits, virtual and written correspondence.
- Grow outlet stores sales year on year and maximize store profitability, while managing regional new store opening opportunities and refits.
- Drive excellence across outlet store business models.
- Work collaboratively with the EMEA Retail function to deliver DTC business strategy and goals.
- Ensure all business activities are compliant with local laws, regulations, and operating policies across your region.
- Drive stores to exceed customer service standards at every customer touch point.
- Coach and develop HOKA Store Management to optimize performance and provide succession for the business.
- Lead the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of Store Management.
- Travel regularly within the region and internationally as required.
- Champion Deckers values to ensure they are at the core of our business.
Qualifications
- Demonstrates Deckers & HOKA brand values.
- Can confidently lead the HOKA brand forward within the EMEA region.
- Approachable leader, leading by example and celebrating collaborative success.
- High levels of emotional intelligence.
- Commercially minded, driven by results.
- Able to work flexible hours and travel at short notice in line with the needs of the business.
- Thorough understanding of all operational procedures and retail compliance measures.
- Excellent communication skills across the EMEA and DTC business.
Desired Experience
- Outlet retail management experience in a similar industry.
- Affinity with the HOKA brand journey.
- Experience as an established multi-site manager (plus).
- Understanding of Employee Relations and HR policy and procedure in your region.
- Fluency in English is a requirement.
