Hoka District Manager - EMEA HOKA

The Role

Provide inspirational leadership to Store Managers across the region, aligning teams with the HOKA brand vision and measurable business objectives. Collaborate with key stakeholders to communicate and influence localized support, deliver a flagship brand experience, and drive operational excellence while ensuring 100% compliance with retail standards.

Your Impact

• Act as an inspirational line manager to HOKA Store Managers.
• Communicate regularly with stores via visits, virtual and written correspondence.
• Grow outlet store sales year on year, maximize profitability, and manage new store openings and refits.
• Drive excellence across outlet store business models.
• Work collaboratively with the EMEA Retail function to deliver DTC business strategy and goals.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and operating policies.
• Drive stores to exceed customer service standards at every touch point.
• Coach and develop HOKA Store Management, optimizing performance and succession planning.
• Lead the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of Store Management.
• Travel regularly within the region and internationally as required.
• Champion Deckers values to ensure they are at the core of our business.

• Outlet retail management experience in a similar industry.
• Affinity with the HOKA brand journey.
• Experience as an established multi‑site manager.
• Understanding of employee relations and HR policy in your region.
• Fluency in English (required).
