Role
This is your opportunity to become an integral part of HOKA’s retail journey. You will join us as the Assistant Store Manager at our Paris Le Marais store. Your responsibilities include partnering closely with the Store Manager to develop team members, provide outstanding customer service, and communicate the company’s values, vision, and mission.
Description
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure the business aligns with company goals, employee well‑being, and local community interests.
- Help develop, engage, and support team members to achieve budgeted revenue goals.
- Maintain high training standards and motivate staff to contribute to store productivity.
- Manage day‑to‑day operations: training, operations, sales, visual merchandising, inventory management, store administration, and customer service.
- Open and close the store, secure assets, plan labor schedules, maintain security systems, and act as Store Manager in their absence.
- Stay informed about industry trends beyond the store’s four walls.

You possess leadership and team‑management skills, are well‑organized and proactive, and solve problems with a positive mindset. You have a passion for running, fitness, and the outdoors industry and genuinely connect to HOKA’s vision.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a people manager in a retail environment.
- Agility and flexibility to meet business needs, especially during peak periods.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related applications.
