Hiring Architect: Build Our Recruiting Engine

White Circle is seeking a hands-on Talent Lead to own our hiring function from scratch. You will drive hiring across the company, build scalable recruiting processes, and develop metrics to track performance.

You’ll work with the Head of People and hiring managers across GTM, Ops, Research, and Product to establish the recruiting strategy. You will lead international hiring across US, EU, UK, and other markets as we expand, building strong sourcing channels and a compelling candidate experience.
