Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Helicopters Certification & Qualification Engineer (CQE) (H/F) to join our Certification Technical Directorate Team based in Toulouse, France.
Join the Certification and Airworthiness team in Toulouse and become the architect of airworthiness compliance for our helicopters. As a Certification & Qualification Engineer (CQE), you don't just verify rules—you spearhead the entire process, ensuring that every new design change respects the stringent airworthiness requirements (FAR29/CS29).

Key Responsibilities
- Define and establish the Certification Program by identifying applicable certification bases and necessary Means of Compliance for each project.
- Coordinate a multitude of high-level stakeholders: Chief Engineering, System Design Responsibles, Experts, Customer Support, Flight Test Pilots & Engineers, ensuring harmonization of strategy with all relevant Certification Verification Engineers.
- Plan, manage, and track progress of compliance activities; resolve roadblocks and ensure on‑time delivery of certifications.
- Review and release all compliance documentation, consolidate results of compliance demonstration, and declare compliance at the helicopter level.
- Exercise the DOA privilege for the approval of design changes.
Key Qualifications
- Significant experience in engineering, ideally in aerospace certification; knowledge of FAR29/CS29 and/or FAR25/CS25 is a major asset.
- Proven ability to lead projects and manage multiple interfaces.
- Rigor, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.
