Heavy Lift Engineer

Overview

• Actively contribute to the Group’s business growth in oversized and heavy cargo
• Design training programs and content
• Promote project cargo activities to terminals
• Identify potential business opportunities
• Provide support for complex and highly technical projects
• Monitor and drive effective coordination between stakeholders

Requirements

• Postgraduate degree (Master’s level) from a Maritime or Engineering school
• Strong leadership skills
• Proven track record in managing teams and projects
• Strong analytical skills
• Solid understanding of maritime logistics and/or project cargo operational activities
• Project cargo experience and/or HSE experience
• Knowledge of ship operations and stowage planning
• IT tools proficiency (Windows suite, Qlik Sense)
• Engineering/design tools proficiency (Visio, AutoCAD, Inventor)
• Fluent in English
