About the project:

You'll be embedded in the construction management team for this major water quality facility, producing coordination drawings, RFIs, as-builts, and technical documentation for ongoing construction. What we're looking for:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit (AutoCAD Civil 3D/MEP a plus)
• Experience with construction documentation - shop drawing review, as-builts, RFI sketches
• Ability to interpret MEP drawings, process & instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), structural drawings
• NYC DEP project experience strongly (wastewater facilities/pump stations ideal)
• Comfortable with field visits to verify conditions and markup redlines
• Organized, responsive, able to turn around urgent requests from the field

What you get:

• Direct role on a major NYC water quality infrastructure project
• Mentorship from leadership with 25+ years managing NYC DEP facility construction
• Small team where your work directly impacts project delivery
• Exposure to complex wastewater treatment systems and processes
