Parallel is a healthcare platform deploying AI and automation solutions to healthcare facilities. We need an Account Manager to ensure our existing clients succeed with the product, understand their needs, and identify growth opportunities within their organizations.

You will autonomously manage an existing portfolio of client accounts, drive product adoption, respond to customer questions, and maintain relationships with IT teams and executives.
