Health & Welfare Consultant

• Analyze and structure complex group benefit schemes
• Draft and secure foundational documents and the contractual architecture
• Analyze technical balances (S/P, PB, reinsurance, etc.) and provide well-founded recommendations
• Present findings to HR, Finance and Procurement leadership
• Respond to tenders and support pitch presentations
• Support strategic or sensitive cases

Requirements

• Proven experience (5–10 years) in group insurance
• Strong expertise in health and welfare benefits
• Solid technical and regulatory knowledge
• Financial analysis skills
• Advisory mindset and credibility with demanding stakeholders
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Professional working proficiency in English is an asset
