Health Value Translation Lead – Location: Gentilly, France.The Health Value Translation (HVT) Lead sits in the Patient Driven Medicines Development (PDMD) department, representing the department at the Global Project Team. The role is accountable for the patient integrated disease strategy (PDS) across assigned indications, ensuring cross‑functional integration and alignment between global strategy and local market priorities. The HVT Lead collaborates with patient advocacy groups, cross‑functional teams and key markets to embed patient value into the development pipeline from pre‑clinical to registration.
Responsibilities
- Represent PDMD & HVT at global project meetings, ensuring integration of key team members across milestones.
- Develop and implement innovative Patient Disease Strategies that carry through all development stages, using patient experience data, care pathways and integrated patient journeys.
- Define and translate systematic patient‑informed evidence generation into regulatory dossiers, value propositions and target product profiles.
- Identify, develop and manage external engagement activities with patient advocacy groups in key countries to create shared value.
- Build internal collaborations with development, regulatory, market access, medical, commercial, public affairs functions to embed the PDS into global and local strategies.
- Lead external partnership initiatives that enhance scientific innovation and improve R&D decision‑making.
- Lead value development through assessment of digital capacities and real‑world data to understand patient experiences.
- Contribute to regulatory and payer submission dossiers.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Science or a health‑related field (e.g., public health).
- At least 10 years of drug development experience spanning pre‑clinical to registration, with a minimum of 5years in clinical development.
- Experience in real‑world investigations and patient preference research.
- Familiarity with digital tools, large language models and social media listening.
- Strong understanding of payer environments and evolving external patient, regulatory and payer landscapes.
- Excellent communication, cross‑functional leadership, strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to conceptualize bold innovative opportunities and simplify complex problems.

Salary
€89200–€ per year, with final compensation determined by experience, skills, and location.
