The position

We are currently looking for a Health & Safety Consultant to join our team and be assigned full-time to a global technology company based in Paris. You will work alongside a Senior Health & Safety Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Health & Safety programs.
• Conduct workplace inspections and routine safety audits.
• Assist with risk assessments and hazard identification.
• Monitor corrective and preventive action plans.
• Support incident investigations and root cause analyses.
• Maintain Health & Safety documentation, records and performance indicators.
• Assist in developing and delivering Health & Safety training and awareness initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across multiple departments.
• Help ensure compliance with applicable Health & Safety legislation and corporate standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects and help foster a strong safety culture.

About You

• Master's degree (or equivalent).
• Previous professional experience through internships, apprenticeships or a first full-time role.
• Very good level in both French and English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, curious and eager to learn.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in an international, dynamic and collaborative environment.
