Health Information Governance Evaluation

Create health-information scenarios about privacy, disclosure and record integrity. Assess policy and model decisions against the applicable rules, explain reference answers and identify actions that would compromise confidentiality or the integrity of a health record.

Professional background

You need AHIMA RHIA or RHIT in good standing and at least two years in health-information management for a provider, payer or technology organization. Bring depth in record integrity, release of information, privacy or governance. Clear policy/compliance writing and ten hours weekly are required. Privacy/security-officer work, EHR implementation, migration or registry experience and CDIP/CHPS/CHDA credentials are preferred.

Working arrangements

This is remote, paid IXO expert work. Agree the specific task brief, permitted materials, outputs and working schedule with IXO before starting. Any commitment or duration described in a practice profile is an indicative planning requirement for that route, subject to that agreement.

Pay

$75 $100/hr USD. The applicable rate is agreed for the work and professional track before you begin.
