Join the LIFT journey towards 2030! Manitou Group is seeking a Head of Voice of Customer to serve as the strategic bridge between the LAPAM market and global product development. In this role, you will transform raw data and dealer feedback into high-velocity insights that drive profitable growth, safety, and regional performance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead an Expert Team: Develop an autonomous, international team split across four clusters: Agriculture, Construction, Mining, and Circularity Solutions.

Generate Insights: Oversee market research, digital listening, and needs-gap analysis to identify customer preferences and humanize target audiences.

Influence R&D Strategy: Provide evidence-based recommendations to prioritise R&D investments and align product roadmaps.

Drive Collaboration: Partner with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing, while managing a strategic Customer Advisory Board.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering (MBA preferred).

15+ years of progressive experience in large-scale manufacturing, automotive, or heavy machinery environments.

Proven expertise in market research synthesis, strategic executive reporting, and cross-functional consensus building.

Located within the LAPAM region with a willingness to travel 70-80%.
