Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the global SCM Data Analytics & Reporting strategy
• Providing data-driven insights and decision-making support for management and business functions
• Further development of KPI, reporting, and performance management systems across the entire supply chain
• Managing analyses, forecasts, and scenario models to support strategic decision-making
• Ensuring data quality, transparency, and governance within SCM processes
• Identifying optimization, automation, and risk management opportunities to improve efficiency and resilience
• Leading and developing an international Data Analytics & Reporting team

Qualifications

• University degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field
• Several years of leadership and management experience in SCM Analytics, Reporting, or Business Intelligence
• Deep understanding of supply chain processes, KPI frameworks, and data-driven performance management
• Experience with modern analytics, reporting, and BI solutions (e.g., SAP, Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud)
• Proven track record in delivering transformation and digitalization initiatives
• Strong analytical, strategic, and conceptual thinking skills
• Fluent German and English language skills, combined with excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Highly motivated, proactive, communicative, results-oriented, and execution-driven, with a passion for working in cross-functional and interdisciplinary teams
