Head Pastry Chef in a Luxury Caribbean Resort

I'm currently recruiting for an exceptional Head PastryChef to join a world-renowned luxury resort in the Caribbean.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and hands-on pastry leader who is passionate about delivering world-class desserts while leading a talented team in one of the most beautiful destinations in the world.

You’ll oversee a team of approximately 5 pastry chefs, supporting pastry operations across multiple luxury dining outlets, including a dedicated chocolate shop. Working alongside the Executive Pastry Chef, you’ll play a key role in driving creativity, consistency, and exceptional guest experiences.

We're looking for someone with:

• Experience as a Head or Executive Pastry Chef within a luxury hotel or resort
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Expertise in plated desserts, bakery, viennoiserie, and chocolate
• Multi-outlet hospitality experience
• A passion for innovation and luxury guest experiences
