Head of Website Growth & Conversion

Qonto, Europe’s leading finance workspace, is seeking a Head of Website to own the product vision, roadmap and conversion funnel across 8 markets from Paris. You will build and develop a team of 7+ Website Product Managers, reporting to the VP Marketing.

You'll set the strategy, drive funnel health and user experience, and lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, design and engineering to deliver measurable growth and AI-assisted interfaces as user behaviour evolves.
