What you will do

Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-spec delivery of complex, mass-produced Ux

V systems to customers.

Define the product strategy and roadmap for Ux

V equipment, ensuring a centralized product vision aligns with program and customer constraints.

Manage the complete business plan for the Ux

V Equipement portfolio, aligning resources and investments with strategic goals.

Oversee client relations, contract compliance, and act as a senior point of contact for strategic customer relationship management.

Apply deep technical knowledge of optronic/radio equipment to guide technical decisions and manage program risks.

Directly manage and lead a team of program and product managers.

Requirements

Significant experience (5+ years) as a Program Manager within the defense sector, leading product development in cutting-edge tech environments.

Proven track record managing complex deliveries and mass-production with direct client interface and contractual responsibilities.

Strong background in radar, electronic warfare, optronics, and radio equipment.

Mandatory expertise in the field of drones for Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (ISR) and Strike.

Expertise in defining product strategy, managing the full product roadmap, and developing/managing the business plan.

Experience with B2B avionics and drone clients, with strong knowledge of defense acquisition processes.
