Head of UX/UI Design — Lead, Scale & Deliver (B2B SaaS)

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, is seeking a Head of UX/UI in France to own end-to-end UX across a complex B2B SaaS platform. You will lead an established design team while remaining hands-on in product design, shaping the function, standards, and scalable processes with Product and Engineering.

You will drive research, define the design system, and oversee multi‑group experiences, balancing strategy with execution to boost adoption and engagement across all users.
